We will be doing a bulk collection of prescriptions for Kempley Parish from Newent Doctors and Day Lewis Pharmacy (Newent) starting Friday 17 April. Anyone can use the service; you do not need to be shielded or self-isolating. Prescriptions will be delivered to your door if needed or can be collected from The Croft, Kempley.
If you would like to opt in to this service please download and complete the delivery service form and return it to The Croft, Kempley. Your data will be held in hard copy only and destroyed when the service is no longer required.
